Paul points us toward a future resurrection in which God will transform our mortal bodies into something far more glorious. In 1 Corinthians 15:35, Paul addresses two natural questions: “How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?” (KJV). Those are reasonable questions. What will resurrection life actually be like? What kind of body will we have? Paul answers by using the illustration of a seed.
