  The Principles of God’s Law Text: Exodus 20:1–17 When God descended on Mount Sinai, He spoke words that would forever shape human history—the Ten Commandments. These were not merely ancient laws for Israel; they were the moral foundation of God’s covenant, revealing His character and His will for mankind. The Decalogue, as we call it, still speaks today to every Christian who desires to walk in righteousness.
