God hears every sincere prayer, but He answers according to His wisdom, timing, and perfect will. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your will be done” (Matt. 6:10), and John the Apostle reminds believers that if we ask according to God’s will, He hears us (1 John 5:14–15). Are you struggling with the question of God’s goodness?  From a Christian perspective, struggling with the question of God’s goodness is understandable, especially in the face of suffering, unanswered prayers, or injustice.
